Steak Sauce Salad Dressing

• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 2 tsp spicy steak sauce (A-1, Heinz 57, Pickapeppa)
• salt and pepper to taste

Spicy Creamy Italian Salad Dressing

• 2 tbsp low-fat sour cream
• 1 tsp roasted garlic puree
• 1 tsp Italian herb puree (or pesto paste)
• 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• salt to taste

Tomato Garlic Herb Salad Dressing

• 2 tbsp tomato vinegar
• 1 tsp garlic flavored olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic paste (or chop garlic with a little bit of salt)
• 1 tsp Italian herb paste (or chop fresh herbs with a little bit of salt)
• salt and pepper to taste
