Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing

• 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
• 2 tbsp skim milk
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• salt and pepper to taste

Cottage cheese is a great choice for creating a creamy salad dressing.  Use reduced fat cottage cheese for fewer calories.  Add very flavorful ingredients to make the salad dressing work.

Thousand Island Salad Dressing

• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp mayo
• 1 tsp relish
• salt
• pepper

Creamy Asian Salad Dressing

• 2 tbsp yogurt
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• pepper

The robust asian flavors are enhanced by the sweetness of the yogurt in this salad dressing.
