Creamy Green Chile Salad Dressing

• 2 tbsp sour cream
• 1 can green chiles
• salt
• pepper

Green chiles have great flavor, and that’s why they make a great salad dressing.  The cool creaminess of sour cream is a great compliment.

Taco Ranch Salad Dressing

• 1 tbsp taco sauce
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Great on lettuce, cabbage, mushrooms and more.
