Mr. Salad Dressing

White Truffle Salad Dressing

• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 tsp white truffle flavored olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste

The white truffle flavored olive oil will bring a lot of flavor to this salad dressing.  Other ingredients can do the same for your homemade salad dressings.  Sometimes, spending a little bit more on a specialty gourmet ingredient will go along way in your recipes.

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

• 1 tbsp mustard (I used a chipotle mustard.)
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp oil

Honey Mustard dressings are great, because they combine slightly spicy flavors with slightly sweet flavor.  The combination is great on many types of foods.

Vegetable Balsamic Vinaigrette

• 1 tbsp vegetable juice
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp oil
• salt and pepper to taste

Nice fresh flavor that is great with mushrooms, lettuce, asparagus and more.
