Green Goddess Salad Dressing

• 1 tbsp mayo
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp anchovy paste
• fresh dill
• fresh basil
• fresh chives
• pepper

Sour Cream and Chive Salad Dressing

• 2 tbsp sour cream
• 1 tbsp chives, chopped
• salt and pepper to taste

The cool flavor of the sour cream is complimented by the soft onion flavor of the chives.
