• 1 tsp wildflower honey
• salt and pepper to taste

Creamy Lemon Poppyseed Salad Dressing

• 1 tbsp low-fat sour cream
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 tsp poppyseeds
• salt and pepper to taste
