Lemon Mint Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- freshly-squeezed juice of one lemon
- 1 tsp to 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
Fresh lemon juice and fresh mint go together wonderfully. Determine how sweet you’d like it by adjusting the amount of honey.
