Asian Sesame Salad Dressing

• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp mirin
• 1 tsp garlic, minced
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
• pepper to taste

 This slightly sweet dressing has great flavor for a serving of meaty mushrooms.
